4. Installation, Tuning, and Supporting Modifications

Many products sold by LifeStyle Racing require proper installation, setup, supporting modifications, calibration, or tuning. Improper installation, poor tuning, or unsafe use can cause property damage, engine failure, drivetrain damage, braking issues, unsafe operation, bodily injury, or death.

5. Emissions and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for checking all laws, regulations, and inspection requirements that apply to your vehicle and your location, including emissions, highway-use, and local equipment laws. Listing a product for sale does not mean it is legal for public-road use everywhere.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to review, availability, pricing confirmation, and fraud screening. LifeStyle Racing may refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing mistakes, limit quantities, or request additional verification when needed.

7. Returns and Installed Parts

Installed, used, altered, damaged, tuned-with, or race-used parts may be non-returnable. Additional return restrictions may apply to electrical, tuning, software, special-order, or custom items.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranties are generally provided by the product manufacturer, not by LifeStyle Racing. Product suitability, performance results, and warranty eligibility may vary depending on installation, tuning, use, and supporting modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeStyle Racing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use, account use, product installation, vehicle modification, tuning, motorsports use, or product failure. This includes labor, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, lost profits, race losses, engine damage, drivetrain damage, and similar losses.

10. Intellectual Property and Site Rules

LifeStyle Racing site content, layout, branding, and original copy may not be copied or reused without permission. You may not use the site for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, scraping, harassment, or unlawful conduct.

11. Account Suspension and Misuse

LifeStyle Racing may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, false information, harassment, scraping, policy abuse, unlawful conduct, or other activity that creates risk for the store or other users.

12. No Responsibility for Labor or Indirect Costs

Unless required by law, LifeStyle Racing is not responsible for labor charges, tuning time, dyno time, teardown costs, towing, storage, rental vehicles, downtime, lost event entry fees, or other indirect costs related to product issues, installation, or vehicle modification.

13. Manufacturer and Third-Party Information

Product descriptions, fitment notes, compatibility references, performance claims, photos, and specifications may come from manufacturers or other third parties and may change without notice. LifeStyle Racing does not guarantee that all such information is complete, current, or correct for every vehicle combination.

14. Related Policies

By creating an account, you also agree to any related posted store policies that apply to your use of the site or your purchases, including return, shipping, warranty-handling, privacy, and legal policy pages where applicable.

15. Changes to Terms
