Pre-Purchase Support

Fitment Consultation

Give support a complete vehicle and build profile before ordering. A fitment review can identify obvious conflicts, but modified vehicles and custom fabrication may still require physical measurement and professional installation.

Vehicle Identity

Provide year, make, model, trim, market, engine, transmission, drivetrain, and VIN when appropriate.

Current Modifications

List swaps, tunes, suspension changes, brake packages, wheel specifications, forced induction, and existing related parts.

Build Goal

Explain intended street, track, drag, drift, show, towing, or competition use plus power target and budget.

Consultation Checklist

Include These Details

  • Vehicle year, make, model, trim, body style, destination market, and build date if relevant.
  • Engine code or displacement, transmission, drivetrain, and any engine or drivetrain swap.
  • Product URL, manufacturer, part number, selected options, and quantity.
  • Wheel diameter, width, offset, tyre size, suspension height, and brake clearance for wheel or suspension questions.
  • Clear photos and measurements when the vehicle is modified or catalogue information is incomplete.
Quick Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a consultation a fitment guarantee?

No. It improves the review quality, but custom vehicles, undocumented changes, manufacturing tolerances, and installation conditions can still affect fitment.

Should I include a VIN?

Include it only when it is relevant and requested. Do not post a VIN in public community content.
