A. These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Lifestyle Racing ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of https://lifestyle-racing.com (the "Website"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.

B. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before You start to use the Website. By using the Website, You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, You must not access or use the Website.

II. Changes to the Terms of Use

A. We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

B. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that You accept and agree to the changes.

III. Accessing the Website and Account Security

A. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice.

B. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for You to have access to the Website and ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights

A. The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

B. These Terms of Use permit You to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

C. You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from this site.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences separately from the accompanying text.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.

V. Prohibited Uses

A. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To send, receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms of Use.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website.
• To post, organize, promote, coordinate, or encourage illegal street racing, takeover events, burnouts, road blocking, reckless driving, trespass, weapons, threats, violence, evading police, or any unsafe vehicle activity.

VI. User Contributions and Community Posting Terms

A. The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Contributions") on or through the Website.

B. Before publishing a photo, video, build submission, forum thread, reply, comment, event listing, or other User Contribution, a signed-in member must expressly accept the current version of these Terms of Service and the Community Rules. We may record the account name, accepted terms version, acceptance time, source page, and privacy-protective hashes of request information as evidence of that acceptance. If these community posting terms materially change, members may be required to accept the new version before posting again.

C. You retain ownership of your User Contributions. By posting them, You grant Lifestyle Racing and its service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for display, distribute, and publicly display the contribution for operating, moderating, securing, and promoting the Website and its community. This license ends when the contribution is deleted from active public use, except for reasonable backup retention, legal compliance, dispute records, and material already shared through the service.

D. Community meetup and event posts are user-submitted unless expressly marked as official Lifestyle Racing events. Meetup posts must be legal, venue-approved where required, non-disruptive, and must clearly follow this rule: NO STREET RACING. NO TAKEOVERS.

E. You represent that You own the content You post or have all permissions, releases, and rights needed to publish it. Do not post another person's private information, precise private location, image, likeness, vehicle registration, or other identifying material without appropriate consent. Content involving minors requires permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

F. User Contributions must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; contain unlawful threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, fraud, malware, spam, or deceptive advertising; promote unsafe street activity; or misrepresent sponsorship, affiliation, vehicle performance, product results, event approval, or material commercial relationships.

G. We may review, restrict visibility, reject, remove, preserve, or disclose User Contributions when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate reports, or maintain the service. Moderation decisions do not make Lifestyle Racing responsible for user-submitted content, and publication does not mean that we endorse, verify, or approve a contribution.

H. Community features are available worldwide, but You are responsible for following the laws, venue rules, motorsport regulations, privacy requirements, disclosure duties, and safety standards that apply where You live or where an event or activity occurs.

VII. Gift Card Terms

A. Gift cards purchased from Lifestyle Racing are non-refundable and may only be redeemed on the Website. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

B. If a purchase made with a gift card is refunded, the refund will be applied back to the gift card.

C. Gift cards are valid until redeemed; they do not expire. However, we reserve the right to cancel gift cards deemed fraudulent or used in violation of our terms.

D. You are responsible for safeguarding your gift card. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen cards.

VIII. Vehicle Marketplace and Managed Consignment

A. Public vehicle listings are prepared from seller-supplied information and supporting material reviewed for marketplace presentation. Verification badges describe the checks displayed on the listing; they are not a warranty, certification of road legality, mechanical guarantee, or substitute for the buyer's own inspection and due diligence.

B. Buyer questions, inspection requests, transport requests, and offers are managed through authorised marketplace staff. A submitted offer does not by itself transfer ownership or complete a sale. Final obligations depend on the written acceptance, signed transaction documents, stated conditions, and any non-waivable rights or duties that apply to the parties.

C. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for confirming identity, ownership, the full vehicle identification or chassis number, registration, taxes, duties, customs, export and import requirements, road-use rules, disclosures, finance, insurance, and any permits required in the relevant locations.

D. Independent inspectors, transport providers, payment providers, customs professionals, and other third parties provide separate services under their own terms. Unless expressly agreed in writing, their work is not a guarantee by Lifestyle Racing.

E. Do not release a vehicle, keys, parts, or ownership documents until cleared funds have been independently confirmed through the appropriate financial institution and all agreed handover conditions have been satisfied.

F. Managed-consignment commission, service fees, reserve, exclusivity, preparation, marketing, storage, viewing, payout, and seller responsibilities are set out in the seller's private consignment agreement. Location-specific legal advice may be appropriate before signing or completing a cross-border transaction.

XX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

A. All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
